ABOUT THE COMPANY
DPC is the reigning Studio of the Year Champion and national award winning competitive dance company for youth ages 4 to 18 years led by Director Niki Lucia. All dancers from beginners to an advanced level are welcome. With DPC’s high commitment to excellence, dancers receive the proper training to propel their success in all aspects of the dance industry. DPC dancers have earned thousands of dollars in scholarships to pursue dance at some of the most prestigious Performing Arts Colleges in the country like Julliard, NYU, SUNY Purchase, UCLA and Pace as well as moved on to professional dance careers. Being a part of DPC will take your dancing to the next level as well as teach you the skills to be a life leader. You will learn teamwork, engage in a positive competitive spirit, practice discipline, increase your confidence and make lifelong friendships.
AUDITIONS
Auditions for Company placement will be held August 20th 2023. The DPC commitment is year-round from August 20th 2023-August 31st 2024.
TRAINING
Danceology Performance Company dancers train at an elite level weekly in all styles and genres. They have the opportunity to be mentored by our esteemed faculty of educators and also work with the most renowned master teachers and choreographers from across the globe. Dancers participate in many workshops and intensives throughout the year. There are two in depth Intensives for the intermediate to advanced competitive dancer, hosted at DPAC in June and August. Masters in Technique and Masters in Movement, both of which are also open to the public.

PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES
Dancers compete October through May locally in San Diego, Anaheim and Los Angeles. DPC dancers will be showcased in a non competitive performance at a theater venue in June, open to the public, family and friends. In July, select routines from DPC will move on to compete in Las Vegas at Nationals.

Danceology Performance Company presents “Building a Legacy”. Our annual company showcase will be held at the Performing Arts Center of Torrey Pines High School on June 11th at 3:00pm. Private Evaluations for DPAC level and/or early DPC acceptance...Click this link below which will take you to your DPAC online MINDBODY account where you can book a private evaluation.
Early DPC acceptance...Early acceptance into DPC happens between April 15th-August 19th prior to the final placement audition on August 20th. There are many benefits to early acceptance. Please read through the DPC Commitment packet for details. The packet will be released (to those who request via the online form) on April 15th.
