empower ME Movement

The goal for my class is to create a safe and collaborative space where my students are able to tap into their most open and authentic selves. Through movement and practice we are able to expand our artistry to new levels.

“The task of the artist at any time is uncompromisingly simple — to discover what has not yet been done, and to do it.”
